Z-Knight Gashapons

From left to right: Z-Knight, Marinekaizer, Gaimu. The next one is a Z-Knight that appeared in the Anime, unfortunately I don't know its name. The fifth and the sixth one are probably Z-Knights that were never released, but this is unconfirmed. The fifth figure is called Chase Figure, for the sixth figure I do not know any appellation. If you have any informations on these, please contact me!

Deathdoll Series

Called the Deathdoll Series there exist bootlegs of some of the small Z-Knights. These are fascinating items, as they have another (though mostly blinding) colouration compared to the original models, and they also have an own short background story that is printed on the instruction sheet. As far as I know there are six different models: Northe Glaiver, Deviking, Darksizzar, Deathdoll, Nilas and Gaimu.

M.A.R.S.

A series of Z-Knight-knock offs called M.A.R.S. can still be found in the stores these days. The models are very interesting because of their numerous similarities to Z-Knights, for example regarding the walking mechanism, the proportions of the body etc. Prebuild and including sound and light effects these robots are in fact a sort of advanced Z-Knight models; unfortunately the plastic they used looks quite cheap...

Mobile Arms Robot

A cheap copy of Deviking and Deathdoll, both in two colourations on a blister card. They are not posable at all. But kind of funny!

Silverlit Robomac

From the same company that created a knock off toyline from Zoids called Multimac (that used the same pilots like Zoids and also many other Zoids parts) comes also this: Using the same parts like their Zoids knock offs the company Silverlit made two humanoids called Robo-Mars and Robo-Venus. Of course it is not clear if it was directly inspired by Z-Knights, but it seems as if the Robomacs derived from the Multimacs, just like Z-Knights derived from Zoids. This parallel course of history might be a bit far-fetched, but is nevertheless remarkable...
